David James was referred to us by a friend. He came over to her house on Sunday and spent an hour speaking with us during first encounter. He was easy to talk to and didn't have a sales pitch about him. He brought over comparable houses and we discussed pricing, his efforts to advertise our house, and he set realistic expectations. We ended up signing a contract with David to represent us to sell our house.

Fast forward to the opening week of our house being on the market and the house was under contract within a couple of days. We had about a dozen showings in one week.

After entering a contract with David, he scheduled professional photographers to take pictures of our house. The photographs looked excellent. We would not have done this ourselves. The photographs looked excellent, and really showcased the positive attributes of our house.

We moved to a city in Florida three hours away from St. Petersburg where David was selling our house. While away, we were under contract. During the inspection, the potential buyers wanted serval things done to the house. David helped us with the negotiation process and to help to line up contractors. He met the contractors at the house to perform the plumbing and electrical repairs. Again, David was prompt and kept us informed the entire time.To give you an idea of how dedicated David was in selling our house, he took down our swingset and removed it from the property after the buyers mentioned that they did not want it.

The bottom line is that David was honest in all of his dealings with us, exceeded our expectations , and for fulfilled all of his promises. My husband and I are very satisfied with the customer service that David provided.
