When my wife and I decided to sell our home, we consulted with two other realtors from major agencies. In both cases, they failed to recognize the true value of our property due to the lack of recent comps. So, we decided to look on Zillow for recent sales and agents who helped their clients obtain good value (higher $ per square foot) in recent weeks - that's how we discovered Rhonda Wright - based on one of her recent sales in Gulfport!!

I called and left a message for Rhonda and she called back immediately. We met the next day and my wife and I knew immediately that Rhonda was the right agent for us - she is down-to-earth, she is cool and funny, and she LISTENS! She is also smart, professional, and responsive.

She worked with us to understand our rationale behind our estimate of the home's true value, consulted with her broker - Jim White, who was also awesome - and helped us list our home where we thought it should be - at $325K. One agent told us $300-310K tops and another told us $250-275K. This was a tiny bit risky for Rhonda since there were no recent comps to support that list price, but, like us, Rhonda believed in our house and location.

Six days after the listing went active, Rhonda helped us get two offers OVER list and we accepted an all cash deal for $330K, which closed smoothly according to our preferred timeline.

Rhonda was absolutely perfect every step of the way - professional, responsive, friendly, helpful, calming, cool, and funny! My wife and I love Rhonda and believe we have found a dear friend in addition to an awesome realtor. We truly cannot recommend her hightly enough. We love her.
